Our meat is supplied by Aubrey Allen – a family business established in 1933 whose reputation has been built on their uncompromising commitment to provenance and fair trade with farmers.

Fruit & Vegetables

We get our fresh fruit and vegetables from Sheringhams Fine Foods, a family business which started in Old Covent Garden Market.


Our fish is suppled by Moxon’s, a London based fishmongers. They buy the best fish daily from Newlyn and Plymouth in Cornwall, Brixham in Devon, Peterhead and Loch Duart in Scotland, Scalloway in the Shetland Islands, Newhaven in Sussex and Billingsgate fish market in London.


Great artisan bread requires painstaking care, technical knowledge and a great deal of passion and commitment which is why we buy ours from The Bread Factory, London’s leading artisan bakery.
